running paris

For this shoot, we used the twisty, old-world side streets of central Paris as a rich backdrop for running and training. The aim was to capture candid and spontaneous moments, as well as physical exhaustion and authentic personality. I played with depth of field and used layering to create drama. Lou Andre brought all the energy and feels—she nailed the mid-workout mettle and post-workout sense of accomplishment, with personality to spare.
